Logging into Online Options

The initial username and password to access all modules and functions are set to a default - call support if you need to know; however; this needs to be changed immediately. You change the default admin username and password in the Administrative module in the Account screen, to learn how click here>>

Overview of logging into the backend of your Online Res V5 site

You can log in as an admin in two different places:

  1. Starting at the customer’s Online Reservation screen, here:

  • Go to the online reservation URL and click Sign In in the top-right corner. The login page displays.

  • Enter the admin email and password. The Online Options page displays which is the next section below.

  1. At the Online Options page which is your online res site with this at the end of the URL:

    /onlineoptionsweb/login

  • Enter the admin email and password.

  • Select SIGN IN. The administrative page displays.
